We strive to ensure all product details, descriptions, and prices are accurate. However, due to handcrafted nature and screen differences, actual products may vary slightly. All weights, sizes, and dimensions are approximate.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products without notice.
Payments are processed through secure payment gateways. Accepted methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other methods as listed during checkout.

4. Orders

Placing an order does not constitute acceptance. KEDEL reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock availability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. A second email will be sent when your item ships.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer domestic and international shipping.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be shown during checkout.
KEDEL is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, customs processes, or force majeure events.
International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes levied by their country.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

7. Warranty

KEDEL offers a 30-day craftsmanship warranty on all items. This covers manufacturing defects but does not include normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, or modifications made after purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, images, designs, logos, videos, and product information, is the intellectual property of KEDEL Jewelry Co., Ltd. and may not be used, copied, or distributed without written permission.

9. Influencer & Affiliate Partnerships

All influencer collaborations must be governed by a written agreement. Gifted or sponsored items do not entitle the recipient to unlimited use of KEDEL branding. Affiliate partners must comply with our branding guidelines and ethical promotion standards. Misrepresentation may result in immediate termination of partnership.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KEDEL disclaims any liability for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Thailand.
